
UYU is a modern bubble tea and dessert brand entering India’s café and Gen Z lifestyle space. When the brand came to us, it existed as a product idea, but without a clear emotional point of view to stand out in a crowded, trend-driven market.

We shaped UYU by introducing a mood-led way of thinking to the category. Instead of choosing drinks by flavor alone, the brand was built around how you feel in the moment, from calm and comfort to energy, heaviness, and everything in between. Each drink became a small emotional pause, a way to slow down and check in with yourself during a busy day.
Then we translated this idea into a flexible brand system. From strategy and storytelling to visual design, we created an identity where color speaks emotion, layouts move like thoughts, and imperfection feels human. Inspired by comic storytelling, cultural nuance, and modern nostalgia, UYU’s brand world is expressive yet premium, designed to shift naturally with every mood.
